Educational Qualification: Minimum Educational qualification is:
Aspirants should at least be intermediate (10+2) passed from a recognized university. It is compulsory to have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as his main subjects at intermediate level.
Aspirants who have studied intermediate (XII) in Biology, Statistics, Electronics, Computer Science etc along with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics may also apply.
Aspirants should have secured at least 60 % marks in aggregate at intermediate (10+2) level.
Selection Procedure:
Aspirants’ will be selected on the basis of score card of any one of the following:
I. KVPY-SA
II. KVPY-SB
III. KVPY-SX
Candidates who have secured at least 60% in IIT-JEE Main.
The marks limit for the IIT JEE Main for OBC is 54% and for the Schedule caste and schedule tribe and physical handicapped aspirants is 30%.
The marks limit for the IIT JEE Advanced for OBC is 54% and for the Schedule caste and schedule tribe and physical handicapped aspirants is 30%.
Applicants who have cleared NEET-UG are also eligible.
Applying Procedure:
Admission forms are available only in online mode. Aspirants should visit the website of university and fill in all the details.
The application fees is Rs 400/- for general and OBC category and for SC/ST/PH aspirants it is Rs 200/-
