Courses:
Gauhati University invites application for the following Diploma courses:
A. Master of Arts (M.A)
B. Master of Commerce (M.Com.)
C. Master of Science (M.Sc.)
D. Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS)
Examination Pattern:
University will conduct an entrance examination for the journalism and Mass Communication, Animal Ecology and Wildlife Biology, Computer Science, Linguistics, Psychology, Sociology and Women’s Studies.
The written examination will be of two hours. It will be of 100 marks.
Application Fees:
Candidates are required to pay Rs.200/- in Demand Draft favoring Registrar, Gauhati University payable at SBI.
Examination Date:
Examination date for the different PG diploma courses is 17th July 2013 20th July 2013.
Hostel Accommodation Date:
The list of candidate who are selected for hostel accommodation will be notified on 26th July 2013.
Dates to Remember:
Application form will be available from 27th June 2013 to 14th July 2013.
Closing date for submission of admission form is 14th July 2013.
