SSC is calling application form for total 20
seats.
Educational Criteria: Minimum eligibility criteria for the different posts are:
1. Candidate should at least be
B.Sc in Agriculture for Scientific Assistants
2. He should be Master of English or
Hindi language for Junior Hindi Translator
3. Masters in applied geography
physics or applied geophysics is required for the post of Senior Technical
Assistant (Geophysics)
4. He should be Master of geography for
the post of Junior Cartographic Assistant
5. He should possessed degree in
commerce, economics or Law for the post of Junior Technical Assistant
6. Bachelor degree in science with
zoology is required for the post of Junior Zoological Assistant
7. Masters degree in any stream from a
reputed university is required for Handicrafts Promotion Officer
8. Masters degree in science is required
for Senior Technical Assistant (Chemical).
Age Limit Criteria:
Age limit for 1 to 7 (except 3, 5) is 18 to
25 years. For Junior Cartographic Assistant, the age limit is 18 to 27
years. For rest of the post the candidates should not be more than 30
year of age.
Applying Procedure:
Candidates are required to download the
application form from official website of SSC and submit the same along with
the required documents before 14.7.2013.
Application Fees:
Candidates who belong to general or OBC
category are required to pay Rs 50/- along with the application form.
Candidates who are belong to SC/ST or who are women need not to pay anything.
