India has issued a notification regarding the recruitment of Assistant
Administrative Officers (AAO) for the various branches of LIC across the

Application Fee: Rs.500/- for
Open Category and Other Backward Classes Rs.50/- for SC/ST
Examination Structure:
Objective Type Questions with 5
sections carrying different weight age of marks for each section.

Marks of English Language will
not be counted for final preparation of merit, although passing in English
Language is mandatory as failing to obtain minimum marks in this section, will

answers.

As this is the online mode of
examination and in order to keep the strength of candidates, LIC has decided to
schedule on 4 dates in May month.
1. 11th May, 2013
2. 12th May, 2013
3. 18th May, 2013 and
4. 19th May, 2013
Educational Eligibility:
1. Must have either Under Graduate or Post
Graduate in any discipline from recognized University with securing atleast 55%
marks.
2. CGPA should be converted to equivalent
marks.

Age Restriction (as on 1st March,
2013):
Candidate’s age must lie in
between 21 years to 30 years. Relaxation in age will be provided as per the

Way to Apply:
Candidate has to visit the career
page of the LIC official website. They can select the mode of payment either
online or offline.
Online Payment can be made by
Master card/Visa Cards through payment gateway.
Offline Payment can be made by
depositing cash Application Fee in any branch of SBI from the second working
day of online Registration and should be paid within 3 working days.
Result Declaration Date: 15th
July, 2013
