APTET stands for Andhra Pradesh Teacher’s Eligibility Test.
The Department of School Education by the Government of Andhra Pradesh has
given notifications for Teacher’s Eligibility test that will held on May-31st-2012
possibly in all twenty three states National Council for Teacher Education has given
notification that any candidate is eligible to teach in State Govt. schools

apply for the third APTET. Those candidates who have appeared in earlier rounds
of APTET and got qualified can also apply for third TET to get better score

Details
APTET is tentative on May-31st-2012.
First paper will start from 9.30 hrs to 12.00 hrs.
Second paper starts from 14.30 hrs to 17.00 hrs.
Eligibility
Criteria
Candidates must have Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and
B.Ed_Bachelor’s of Education is compulsory for applying candidates.SSC

The criteria for passing the TET exam are different for all
categories. It is sixty percent and above for OC, fifty percent and above for
BC and forty percent for SC/ST and PH.
How to Apply:
Interested applicants can apply via online mode.
Registration can be done between March-22-2012 to
April-12-2012.
The prescribed application fees including examination fees
is of Rupees Three Hundred that is to be paid for appearing in the exam.
Candidates interested for classes 1st to 5th will
appear only for first paper.
Candidates interested for classes 6th to 8th
will appear only for second paper.
The exam will be taken in all twenty three districts of the
state.
Final year students that are pursuing Teacher Education
