Application forms are invited for the following PHD courses:
Ph.D programme in branches like:
Engineering Technology or Chemical Technology or Bio-Technology or Information and Communication Technology or Medicine and Para Medical Health Sciences or Management or Environmental Sciences or Basic and Applied Sciences or Humanities and Social Sciences or Law and Legal Studies or Education in different University and research centers.
Educational Qualification:
Aspirant having any one of the below given educational qualification will be eligible for the Ph.D programme in Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University:
He should at least have Masters Degree in any of the above mentioned branches.
Or
He has completed Bachelors degree in Technology and engineering with 75% marks plus three years experience in any recognized Institute or University or Industry or Government organization
Or
He has completed Bachelors degree in Engineering and Technology with 60% marks plus 15 years experience in any recognized Institute or University or Industry or Government organization.
Or
He has completed MBBS with 60% marks plus 3 years experience in any recognized Institute or University or Industry or Government organization.
Or
He has completed MBBS with 50% marks plus 15 years experience in any recognized Institute or University or Industry or Government organization.
Aspirants who belong to SC/ST category or physically handicapped (PH) are relaxed by 5% marks.
Selection Procedure:
Aspirants will be selected on the basis of Research Aptitude Test (RAT) score. Spirants are required to clear RAT examination for selection in university for Ph.D program.
Applying Procedure:
1. Admission forms will be available at GGSIPU Indian Bank, Dwarka. The cost of admission form is Rs 1,000/-
2. Aspirants are required to submit the print out copy of admission form to the university address.
3. Interested entrants can also apply for RAT (Research Aptitude Test) from the university website. The fees for the RAT is Rs 1,100/-
