Eligibility
Criteria for Admission in B.Ed:
1. UG or PG
Degree with 50% marks: however, this criteria does criteria does not apply to
the person who has appointed as a teacher before the working of NCTE (National
Council for Teacher Education)2nd Amendment Regulations.
2. 2yrs
of’ teaching experience(full time) on permanent or temporary basis as
Primary or Undergraduate or PG teacher in a primary or secondary or higher and
senior secondary school. Candidate must have 2yrs of teaching experience at the
time of submitting Application form.
3. The
relaxation of 5% marks for reserved category candidates as per the Government
rules.
4. The
candidate has to submit their application form at their respective Regional
Centre.
5. Candidate
possess PG degree in 1st class division
Kashmiri
migrant’s wards will be given following concession in the eligibility
requirements:
i.
Cut off marks Relaxation up to 10% subject to min requirement in eligibility.
ii.
Intake capacity Increase up to 5 percentages as per the course.
iii. Candidate waiting for their respective
qualifying examination result can also apply provided they have to produce the
result at the time if the admission.
iv. No restriction for age in getting
admission to B.Ed course.

to Obtain Application Form:
Application
form and Information Brochure can be obtained from the official website of
IGNOO and sent with a Demand Draft or Indian Post Office of Rs.500/- in favor
of IGNOU payable at the Concerned Regional Centre by speed post.

Pattern of IGNOU:

question paper contains two sections: Section 1 and Section 2. Total 100
questions of 100 marks will last for 120 minutes.
