Punjab state Government and Central Regulating Authorities
have given notifications for PTET. The notification will be given by the
Department of School Education of Punjab/ relevant board of examination. Every
aspirant that has B.Ed qualification has to appear for Teacher’s Eligibility
Test to get employment as teachers in schools from Governmental as well as

Fifty percent score in Senior Secondary Exam.

Exam Structure:
The questions will be objective based. Negative Marking is
not applicable. The papers are standardized in two categories.
Aspirants interested for teaching in 1st to 5th standards will attempt first paper.
Aspirants interested for teaching in 6th to 8th standard will attempt second paper.
According to the circulars of NCTE, the exam duration is of Ninety Minutes to One hundred fifty Minutes.
Steps to Apply:
Online Applications are acceptable.
Single Registration is sufficient for PSTET I and PSTET II.
All the information must be entered carefully because the facility is not provided for editing or modification.
Candidates have to take the print of bank challan and submit the required application fees.
