UPSC is organizing the National Defence Academy
and Naval Academy for 2013. It has proposed total 300 posts for different

-39, Air force-66 and Naval Academy, it is 55 posts. Candidate has good chance
to apply for the above posts.

Eligibility conditions:
1. Applicant must be in age between Jan2,’95 to
Jul 1’98.
2. Must be Indian citizen.
3. XII passed (Physics & Mathematics) as
subjects from recognized Board or University.
4. Appearing for class XII are also allowed for
the exam.

Exam structure:
Mathematics (01) - total marks: 300
Test for General Ability (02) - total marks:
600
Total Marks is 900.
Total time hr is 150 min. for each paper.
Course outline:
For Mathematics (Code 01):
Matrices and Determinants, Algebra,
Differential Calculus, Vector Algebra, Trigonometry, Analytical Geometry of two
and three dimensions, Integral Calculus, Differential equations, Statistics and
Probability.
General Ability Test(Code 02):
Related to cognitive and intelligence
capability of the candidates.
Procedure for selection:
Two stages are prescribed. One is
written test and second is psychological test and Interview. The later will be
done once the candidate passes the written test.

Candidate has to apply online and the

Other Important points:
There is penalty for objective type
questions.
Application charges are for open category is
Rs 200/ and all other are free from this.
