NEEPCO Recruitment
NEEPCO refers to North Eastern Electric Power Corporation
Limited, owned by Govt. of India by the Ministry of Power. It started working
from April, 1976. Its head quarters are located at Shillong. They maintain
power supply all across the eastern region.
NEEPCO has brought up with new job updates for the present
year to fulfill the vacant posts with bringing of nice opportunities for the
residents of North-Eastern. Notification has been announced for recruitment of
fifty two posts. Eligible and suitable candidates are welcomed for
registration.
The vacant posts for which recruitments invited are-TE(Trainee
Engineer),TO(Trainee Officer),MO(Medical Officer),SO(Security Officer), Junior
CS, TPO(Trainee Personal Officer),TAO(Trainee Accounts Officer),Dy -Mgr(Deputy
Manager). Total no. of posts is
fifty-two, inclusive of all departments.
Eligibility
Criteria:
Upper age limit for Security Officer and Junior CS is thirty
three years. However it is forty years
for Manager Posts and thirty years for all other posts.
Educational
Background
Candidates applying to TE post should be Engineering
Graduates in relevant field.
Candidates applying under MO post must be MBBS from a
recognized institute and registered with medical council of India.
Selection
Procedure:
Candidates will have to appear for written test which will
be held across the prescribed centers. After this phase, candidates will be
shortlisted and called for interview.
How to Apply:
Candidates may refer
the official website and download the application form, in prescribed format.
A demand draft of rupees five hundred is to be made in favor
of NEEPCO, payable at Shillong. However, it is totally free for SC/ST/PH
candidates.
Enclosures such as certificates, mark sheets and photographs
must be attached with the form and checked before submission.
Application must reach the office before last date of Sep-5th-2012.
