Rajasthan TET Exam
RTET short name for Rajasthan Teacher
Eligibility Test is the compulsory examination for the candidates aspiring

Candidate has to apply for the level of the classes categorized in 1-5
standards and 6-8 standards.
Essential Qualification for Rajasthan TET:
1st class to 5th class:
Candidates must have Intermediate or its
equivalent with minimum 45% marks.
Those who are in final two year diploma in
B.Ed or B.Ed Special Education.
Candidates having BSc or B.A +
B.Ed with minimum 50% marks.
Four year B.El.Ed degree holder can also
apply.
6th class to 8th class:
Candidates having intermediate with minimum
50% marks and passed the Four year B.El.Ed degree.
Four year BA.Ed or Bsc.Ed or B.El.Ed or B.Ed
in Special Education with minimum 50%marks in respective graduation.
Appearing can also apply.
Structure of Examination:
Each section in the paper will consist of 30
MCQs and together make 150 questions.
Each question will hit the 1 mark.
Total duration of Paper1 is 90minutes.

Who can Qualify for the Exam?
Candidates getting minimum 60% marks in the
Eligibility test will be regarded as successful.
The relaxation given to Scheduled Cast,
Scheduled Tribe and Other Backward Category will be decided as per the RTET
policy.
