EAMCET:
Candidate should pass
the Intermediate or its equivalent from recognized school affiliated by Andhra
Pradesh.
Candidate should
reside in the Andhra Pradesh state only.
For Medical &
Engineering candidates, no upper age is fixed.
Passing Marks in
EAMCET:
25% marks of the
total marks. No minimum marks are determined for the SC and ST candidates.
Procedure for
Admission:
Admission is purely
based on the marks obtained by candidate in the Entrance Test. The candidate
securing higher marks will be put higher on merit list. If there is deadlock in
the total marks of 2 candidates, then the candidate getting more marks in Maths
or Biology will be given more preference. Still tie exists then the Physics
marks will be taken into consideration and if none of the above work, then the
candidate, higher in age will finally be selected.
