CMAT acronym used for Calibre Management
Aptitude Test is a new scheme of Management Exam which is conducted for getting
admission to Post Graduate courses run by almost top 50 Business Schools in
India. This is a National Level Entrance Test conducted two times in a year and
is administered by Calibre Mind ware Programming Pvt Ltd, Pune. For

Educational Qualifications:
1) Graduation with minimum 40% marks from university recognized by

I. Verbal
Ability: Synonyms, Vocabulary, Comprehension,
Grammar, Fill in the Blanks and Analogy.
II. Logical
Reasoning: Differences, Analogies, Analysis,
Arithmetical number series, Decision making, Discrimination, Arithmetical
reasoning, Judgment, Observation, Verbal and figure classification, Problem
solving, Relationship concepts, Space visualization, Similarities.
III. Quantitative
Ability: Data interpretation, Data sufficiency,
Probability, Triangles, Circles, Time and Distance, Heights and Distance,
Mixtures and Alligation, Number System, Clock and Calendar, Ratio and
Proportion, Mensuration, Problems on Trains.
IV. General
Awareness: Current affairs, General Knowledge, Business scenario, Economic
condition of India and other countries.
Method to Apply:
I. Candidate can obtain Application Form from any of the
listed center by CMAT and from HDFC bank branches as well. This can be
performed by paying Demand Draft of amount Rs.900/-.
DD should be made from any nationalized bank.
II. Application Form can also be downloaded from official website by paying
charges Rs.950/- through Net banking.
