CISF Exam
CENTRAL INDUSTRIAL SECURITY FORCE also popularly known as CISF is now again in news for its
recruitment for number of posts in constables and drivers from citizen of
India. The application is invited from male candidates only. For

of constable in CISF which are for current vacancies for the posts or the posts
which are yet vacant (backlog posts).

I. There
is category wise division for each post.
Application Fee
For General and OBC candidates, it is Rs 50
only and must be sent Indian Postal Order in favor required officer‘s
name given in detailed information in official site of their
respective states they are applying and detailed information is provided in the
notification. SC/ST has to pay no fee.
Age Bar
Candidate who are lying in range of 21 to 27
years are applicable for this. This age should be as on or before 9th
July 2013. There is relaxation of age which is extended as per the rules of
Government.
Required Educational Qualifications
Applicants must pass class X or must have
equivalent diploma in any field that is from recognized university or Board.
Detailed Qualification related to recruitment is provided in official
notification. Possession of driving license and minimum
3years of experience of driving is also mandatory.
Test for Eligibility
Candidates have to go through the number of
parameters to pass this examination i.e. Physical Standard Test followed by
written test, trade test and at last Medical Examination.
Physical standard test/ Physical efficiency
test comprises of run, long jump and high jump.
Written test carries 20 marks and trade test comprises driving test of heavy and light
vehicle.
A. Candidate
must have enough practical knowledge of repairing and mechanism of motors.
B. There
is minimum qualifying marks for written and trade test.
C. Candidate
has to get minimum marks in order to go to next stage. Failing of getting
minimum marks will ultimately end up candidate’s candidature on that
stage.
