SSC announces job recruitments under Group B and Group C posts.
For the present year also, applications are
invited for Group C under different departments and some non technical (NT)
profiles for different states and territories. The total no. of posts
under Group C is supposed to be five hundred nine under different departments.
However for (NT) grade, the states/ territories
have published the advertisements accordingly.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidate must be truly Indian citizen.
Lower age limit is eighteen and upper limit
is twenty five years.
The minimal Qualification is High school.
Reservation will be given to reserved
categories according to governmental norms.
Selection Criteria:
Candidates will be judged and evaluated on
the basis of scores in written test and their performance in personal
interview.
Examination details:
Written test will be conducted on the
prescribed centers which will be divided in two parts. The first paper
comprises objective questions relating to G.K., Numerical Aptitude, Reasoning,
English language and Quantitative aptitude. The second paper comprises essay
writing in English.
Date of Examination: Examination for the post of MTS is scheduled on March 10, 2013 for 1st
paper & March 17, 2013 for 2nd paper
How to Apply

(http://ssc.nic.in). Mode of application is both online and off-line. Online
registration is to be done in two parts- Part 1 and Part 2. Only then
registration will complete. Take a hard copy of application and retain it for
future use.
Part two registration requires the digital
image upload of photo and candidate’s signature which must comply with the
given kb size.
For Offline mode, application must be duly
filled and sent to the given address for correspondence before the last date.
Application fee of Rs.100/- is to be deposited
by General candidates. However, it is totally free for SC/ST/PH and women
candidates.
Candidates seeking application through online
mode are required to pay either through challan or Net banking.
